1. We ask that groups please stay within the areas they have reserved.
2. Decorating is allowed, but no stick-on tape, glue, or thumb tacks are allowed. You
may use sticky tack.
3. After using tables and chairs, they need to be placed in the original setup.
4. When using kitchen area, everything must be washed, dried and returned to its storage space.
5. All counters, sinks, stoves, etc. must be wiped clean and dried.
6. If cloth towels are used, they should be placed in a bag and left on sink by kitchen door. Kitchen staff will wash the towels.
7. Paper supplies (plates, cups, forks, knives, etc.) are to be supplied by renter.
8. NCC will supply paper towels, trash bags, and restroom supplies.
9. All trash (kitchen & bathroom) should be bagged and removed and placed in the trash receptacle outside or can be taken by the renter to be disposed of.
10. NCC is a drug and alcohol free campus. The use of tobacco, drugs, or alcohol is prohibited.
11. The building is to be locked and all lights and fans turned off at the end of an event.
12. NCC is not responsible for lost or missing items.
13. The event contact person should be present during the entire event and will be accountable for the groups' activities.
14. It is the responsibility of the renter to block off needed parking spaces to ensure only event guests are using it. NCC can provide traffic cones.
